Onion cream soup
Say goodbye to winter and prepare this delicious soup.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    4 slice

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Leeks

    250 g

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Onion peeled, leeks cut into rings, onions – half-rings.

2. In frying pan heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the onion until translucent.

3. Sprinkle the onion with the starch, mix well.

4. Put onions in the broth and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Pour the soup in a convenient bowl and blend it using a blender.

6. Return soup to saucepan and add cream cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted, not boiling.

7. Pieces of loaf into cubes.

8. Fry the bread in 1 tbsp oil until Golden brown.

9. Finely chop the parsley. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Soup served with croutons, sprinkled with herbs and grated cheese. Bon appetit!!!
