Cooking
Cook chicken broth. Season with salt to taste, the main thing not to overdo. Melt the butter in the pan (took the pan because they cook just a few servings, you can take the pot, if you want big servings) and fry chopped onion (simmer 5 minutes). Put the mushrooms in the pan. Mushrooms you can use any. I had frozen mushrooms and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the flour and stir thoroughly.
Add the greens (nerezannyh, because then it should be removed). Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the greens and chop all in a blender.
Pour everything in a pot and add the cream. To reheat, but not boil.
Grate cheese and spread it on the bottom of the plates. Pour on top of soup. Put the croutons and garnish with greens
