Cheese-dairy mushroom soup
Soft milky-creamy mushroom soup with cheese. Try it, you will not regret ; )

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Greens

  • Crackers

Cook chicken broth. Season with salt to taste, the main thing not to overdo. Melt the butter in the pan (took the pan because they cook just a few servings, you can take the pot, if you want big servings) and fry chopped onion (simmer 5 minutes). Put the mushrooms in the pan. Mushrooms you can use any. I had frozen mushrooms and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the flour and stir thoroughly.

Pour in the stock.

Add the greens (nerezannyh, because then it should be removed). Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
