The Shawarma at home
Very often my daughter and husband asking me to build just such a Shawarma. It turns out delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Ketchup

    7 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    7 Tbsp

Cooking

Leaves lavash cut in half, into two parts each. Meat finely cut and fry in butter, add the onion diced and fry together. Meat with onions and season with salt and pepper, add Khmeli-suneli and red hot pepper, you can add a little mayonnaise. Mix well.
