                        Another variation on the theme rolls, pita and avocado paste. The pasta recipe was taken from vegetarian restaurant Gauranga, modified a bit by me. Rolls out very tender and just melt in your mouth!

                            1. Peel avocado, remove the skin. Mash with a fork. if avocado rigid-grate on a fine grater.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            2. Add all the spices, yogurt, lemon. Mix well.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            3. Three on a small grater cheese. Add to avocado and stir.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            4. Cut a large piece of pita bread in half. On one half spread a thin paste. Put on top of the second sheet, and grease with the paste.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            5. Turn. Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge. For 20-30 minutes.
