Cupcakes chocolate
Chocolate flavor, light aroma of rum and melting in the mouth chocolate cream will not leave anyone indifferent to this marvelous treat. Before my eyes pass tales from "one Thousand and one nights"... For the cream taken the recipe Andrew Rudikova.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Cocoa powder

    0.333 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Topping pastry

Ingredients for making cupcakes "tales of Scheherazade".

Connect the brown and white sugar. The mixture is stirred.

Butter be kept at room temperature, then place in a bowl, add all the sugar. The mixture whisking, then add the brandy and rum essence.

In the mixture add the eggs.

Add soda and salt.

To combine the flour and cocoa powder.

To butter mixture add flour mixture and cocoa powder. Dough stir well until a uniform, smooth consistency.

Put the dough into molds for cupcakes. Bake until done at 180C.

The finished cupcakes to cool.

Prepare the chocolate cream. 70 gr. chocolate melt in the microwave for a few seconds. To combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar. To softened butter add the mixture of cocoa and powdered sugar. Beat until a uniform, smooth consistency. Cooked in cream, add melted (slightly warm) chocolate.

Whisk the cream until a uniform, smooth consistency. Cooked cream to be deposited on the cooled cupcakes using a pastry syringe or pastry bag with a shaped nozzle.
