Quick snack pie with buckwheat
When you don't know what to cook for dinner, this pie is a godsend!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    90 ml

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Buckwheat

    150 g

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    80 g

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

Cooking

For the cake you will need boiled buckwheat. I used unground buckwheat from the Mistral.

For the filling, slice the bell pepper and sausage.

Mushrooms and onions fry in butter. My mushrooms were frozen, you can take fresh.

Mix the buckwheat with sausage, peppers and fried onions with mushrooms.

For the dough beat the eggs lightly whisk the eggs with the salt and sugar, add milk and vegetable oil

Stir in the flour and baking powder, stir to avoid lumps.

In the dough, add the filling and add any chopped fresh herbs (I had chives).

Mix the stuffing with the dough. Pour the batter into a greased form and put in heated oven. Bake until dry matches. Had it for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees, be guided by your oven.

The finished cake is delicious and hot and cold. And can replace dinner for the whole family. And help out, if suddenly you have unexpected guests!
