Description
This cake came to me under the name "cake "Tiramisu&a mp;quot;. But, as I thought, this name is not very well, so I decided to rename it. Because of the similarity of ingredients taste Kaka really similar to the taste of tiramisu. Baking has a very gentle, moist, soft consistency. An amazing option. I'm sure this cake will appeal to many.

Cooking
First, in a dish mix 200 g flour, salt and baking powder.
In a Cup dissolve 1 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp coffee 4 tbsp of warm water. If you add liquor, it should be done at this stage by reducing the amount of water.
Beat with a mixer eggs with 200 g mascarpone, 170 g sugar, vanilla sugar.
Add 200 grams of yogurt and whisk again.
Gradually add the flour mixture, whisk at low speed.
Warmed the oven up to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one portion added a mixture of coffee and cocoa, mix well.
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with flour or vystelim confectionery paper. I use a disposable form which does not require this step. In the form put the light dough. On top of him lay a chocolate-espresso dough. Put in preheated oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes. Readiness check splinter. Be guided by your oven. During baking the cake rises but then settles.
