Scones for tea
This recipe is my neighbor. From the dough she taught me to do the donut, and what can be obtained from a muffin..... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    150 g

  • White chocolate

    200 g

Cooking

dissolve yeast in 100 grams of warm milk with 1 spoon sugar,let it rise for 5 min.

In flour make a hole, pour the remaining milk, add everything on the list and pour the yeast that has approached.

Kneaded the dough. Knead for 10 minutes, this is important! Covered come up (should increase 2 times).
