Colored garnish
I want to offer you this colorful side dish, as an option of submission. And guests of the Lodge - beautifully and kiddies such a cheerful figure really like! With this side dish you can serve burgers, sausages, meat or vegetables.

Ingredients

    0.5 cup

  • Carrot juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Salt

Take rice as much as you need, I wrote approximately 0.5 Cup (cooked daughters). Boil the rice in salted water, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and dry. Squeeze in different dishes carrot juice and beets. I rubbed vegetables on a small grater and squeeze the juice through gauze.

Figure divided into 3 parts. One left white, another add carrot juice, and the third beet juice.

Plump to stack the layers in any dish, depending on what shape you want to give a garnish.

To turn the beauty dish. Pour the butter and garnish with greens. A side dish you can serve with vegetables, fish or meat.
