Polish dumplings with potatoes and cheese
Pierogi "Ruskie&amp ;quot;". Paradox! In Poland they are Russian, and in Russia - Polish... But delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

  • Butter

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese with boiled mashed potatoes. Add fried in vegetable oil finely chopped onion, black pepper, salt and mix well.

Milk (water) and flour, knead elastic dough, roll it on the table with a thickness of 3-5 mm and cut glass mugs for dumplings.

In each circle put the stuffing...

... and make the dumpling :-)

Cook the dumplings in salted water until tender, remove with a slotted spoon...

Pour melted butter.

Eat dipped in sour cream and uttering purring sounds fun :-) Nice!!!
