Caviar of pepper
Original caviar of bell peppers. This year was preparing for the first time, and we all loved it. An interesting combination of flavors, perfect harmony pepper, honey and bacon.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    3 sprig

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Fat

    30 g

Cooking

Peppers and onions cut into strips.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom to dissolve the fat.

Add the olive oil and fry the onions until transparent.

Add the peppers, fry on high heat for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste. Med. Stirring well, let the tomato paste get caramelized.

Add salt, pepper, add vinegar, soy sauce. I have soy sauce TM Cccamp.

Add water to 2/3 of the volume of peppers. Cover and, stirring periodically, cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
