Canned white mushrooms
This year we are pleased with the unprecedented amount of mushrooms. My parents preserved mushrooms solely on prescription, which I want to share. In addition to white mushrooms come, the mushrooms and Polish mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    4 kg

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Black pepper

    20 piece

Cooking

Clean the mushrooms, slice them, boil 7 minutes, discard in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Put the mushrooms in a pot, fill with water, add all ingredients and proverjaem 20 min roll in the jars.. nice!!! A couple of weeks fashionable to try. I served, pre-loaded with garlic and vegetable oil.
