Eggplant cleaned, cut into "medallions" to pour salt to drain the bitterness. Try to in the same sequence to fold them.

Eggplant wash the bitterness, put the filling between the two "medallions"
In separate bowls, in one put flour, in another beat the egg. "Medallions" in the beginning, roll in flour, then in egg
Fry in boiling oil (with the lid closed).
Lay fried eggplant on a napkin (to avoid the extra fat)
