Baklazhanovy medallions
Tender aubergine appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • For breading

  • For frying

  • Spices

Eggplant cleaned, cut into "medallions" to pour salt to drain the bitterness. Try to in the same sequence to fold them.
