Pour soy sauce. For me it is more suitable for soy sauce Kikkoman for stir-frying BOK. Mix everything together and simmer for another 20 minutes until cooked on medium heat with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
Vegetable stews can be submitted hot or cold, as a snack, not crushing.
But I prefer to break it with blender.
