Of all the many variants of this dish, this is very loved by my family. For its rich taste and aroma. I met him about a year ago and now he is a frequent guest on our table.

Cooking
Bacon into small cubes and fry in olive oil on high heat.
Beef cut into medium-sized pieces (about 1.5 * 2 cm) and add to the bacon. Fry on high heat until Golden brown.
Onion peel and cut into cubes. Add the meat and fry stirring for 3 minutes.
Add flour and fry stirring another minute.
Pour a little beer and stir well to avoid lumps. Then pour the rest of the beer, bring to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut it into medium slices.
Scrape the carrots and cut into circles.
After a time the meat in beer and put in a saucepan, add to it the beef broth, potatoes and carrots. Bring to boil and leave to cook on slow heat for 30 minutes.
Then add the diced bell pepper, green beans, Bay leaf, marjoram. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 7 minutes. Then add the chopped parsley. Boil for two more minutes and remove from heat. Eintopf ready.
Let stand thirty minutes, and laying it out in portions to serve. You can season with sour cream. This taste becomes even richer. Bon appetit!
