Steak a La lindström
This recipe from the homeland Carlson has firmly taken root in our family. The Babes love him for the interesting color and flavor.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

In forcemeat add the grated boiled beets.

There also put sour cream. Salt to taste.

The mince and knead well.

Make burgers and fry in a pan until soft. Put steak in a deep fryer or an oven form.

In a frying pan, where roasted steaks, to fry the flour.

Then the flour is diluted with hot water and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add water to the consistency of gravy.

The resulting sauce fill our steaks, and stew for about 20 minutes under the lid. I prefer to braise in a preheated oven at 100-120*C.
