"New year tastes of the planet" is very diverse. Celebrating Christmas in the Czech Republic, be sure to order "Capra with bramborove salad", ie carp with potato salad. We offer you to cook no ordinary salad. Recipe peeped in the Christmas edition of the popular transmission "Kluci v akci" Czech television. The salad is perfect with boiled, roasted or fried fish. And the flavors of lime and fresh ginger create a Christmas mood.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes with sides 1 cm.
Drop the potatoes in salted boiling water and quickly boil.
Drain the water in which potatoes are cooked and rinse it with cold water.
Put the potatoes in a bowl and proceed to the gas station.
With a removable lime zest, three ginger root, finely chop the green onions.
Add to the dressing with white pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
Combine potatoes with dressing. Mix up and sent the salad in the refrigerator to cool down. This salad is served cold.
The salad is ready. So quick and easy. The salad is served with fish. Garnish to the salad, you can submit sour cream with chopped fresh mint. Bon appetit!
