Vegetable casket
Delicious vegetables under a lid of dough. Delicious hot, warm and cold. You can eat independently a dish or as a snack. The dough impregnated with the scent of vegetables. Breaks off a piece, dip in sauce, to the fork vegetables... and enjoy... sooo good for the contest "Fast from Mulinex"

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Puff pastry

    0.5 pack

We will need 4 forms

The dough is lean

one layer of dough set out to thaw

Eggplant spread by forms. I have them cut into strips. I bought frozen. You can use fresh.

Then put pepper. I have my own from the garden, cut into strips. You can substitute fresh

Arrange the onion and garlic in forms

Tomatoes I have frozen too :-) Love frozen :-) of Course you can use fresh. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skin.

Cut them in cubes, lay out on the forms.

Added to each form: - salt - freshly ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp of olive oil (or vegetable), 1 tbsp water Mix.

Spread on top of the parsley. I have frozen :-)

Divide the dough into 4 parts

The shape on the outside to grease Rast. oil, cover the dough.

From baking paper collapsible tubes. This will be our steam :-)
