Chicken fillet baked with potatoes
Very fast and not fancy, you can cook dinner for a large family or unexpected guests, and can be submitted to the festive table. Tender, juicy, creamy and flavorful, and most importantly satisfying. Cook and have fun.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Chop onions, fry for 2-3 minutes until transparent. Add grated on a coarse grater carrots+ Bay leaf and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into circles, folded on the bottom of a greased with vegetable oil form, sprinkle salt and pepper. On top put half of the roasted vegetables and one Bay leaf.

Fillet cut into little pieces. Spread on top of vegetables, salt to paperit. Put ostavshuusa of the vegetables.

In cream add 3 tbsp flour, mix well to avoid lumps.

And pour this mixture in the potatoes with a filet.

Sent in preheated oven to 180 gr. 60 minutes. For 5-10 minutes until cooked, grate cheese on a coarse grater and chop the greens.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and greens. Our wonderful hearty dinner is ready, welcome your guests.
