Appetizer from Provence
This recipe was born in our kitchen at the moment, when suddenly descended guests. While preparing the main dish, I served snacks to white guilt.... I hope You will help out this recipe! Bon appetit!

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the tomato slices, place on top of pesto sauce.

Put sprigs of fresh arugula.

I had king prawns in the marinade, but you can use fresh, pre-cook them.

Mix olive oil and pesto sauce.

Pour the shrimp with a mixture of oil and pesto. The first half of the snacks ready.

Slice whole wheat bread triangles and arrange on top of pesto sauce.

Add the salty fish. I had salted salmon, but any fish.

Cut the lemon into slices, make a slit in the middle, hide one piece under the fish, and the second will leave from the top.
