Christmas ginger cookies

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Molasses

    3 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar ( and don't forget about the vanilla), but without fanaticism. To light foam. Add the butter room temperature and mix with egg mixture
