Dietary fish fantasy
A dish for those who love fish cakes but don't like to fry them in butter.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Dill

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Sesame

    30 g

Cooking

Potatoes cleaned, cut in small pieces and boil until tender.

Of prepared potatoes to make mashed potatoes (do not add no butter, no milk). Just RUB them in order.

I had thawed halibut fillets (3 piece).

Fillet finely cut.

Dill also finely cut.

Combined potato, dill and fish. Mixed.

Added a tablespoon of sour cream and chilli.

On a cutting Board sprinkled breadcrumbs.

From mashed potatoes made balls and rolled in breadcrumbs.

On top sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees until the breadcrumbs are Golden not.

Serve cutlets well with lettuce and a sauce of sour cream and Dijon mustard.

The patties turned out crispy, but tender inside.
