Frittata with tomatoes and oyster mushrooms
Great Breakfast for adults and kids!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Oyster mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Tomatoes to RUB on a grater to peel. Slice the mushrooms finely. Put all in pan with olive oil, add salt, pepper, garlic and thyme.

Simmer over low heat until evaporate any excess liquid.

Beat eggs with milk, wine and flour.

Form for baking grease with oil, put the first layer of tomatoes with mushrooms.

Second - grated cheese.

Pour the beaten egg mass. I put the slice of tomato on top. Sent in a preheated 200 gr. the oven for 15-20 minutes.
