Simple and very tasty! Pumpkin in Korean is not inferior to the beloved carrots in Korean.

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

Pumpkin peel and seeds, grate on a coarse grater or the grater for Korean dishes.
