Cooking
For cooking I use semolina TM "Mistral".
To start, boil the broth. I wrote the meat in the ingredients for the broth, as everyone has their own favorite. While cooking soup prepare the vegetables. Potatoes, onions and carrots clean and wash. Tomatoes and remove the skins, peppers and cut out seeds and partitions, eggplant and remove my ponytail. Who doesn't like the skin of the eggplant can also be cut.
When the broth is ready, chop the potatoes in small cubes and add to broth.
Meanwhile cut the vegetables. Carrots three on a grater, the rest of the vegetables cut into cubes.
In vegetable oil first ogareve onion, a couple of minutes until tender, then add to the onions carrots, bell pepper, eggplant and tomato. Slightly simmer the vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
