  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Pork neck

    100 g

  • Green olives

    8 piece

  • Gherkins

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

In the boiling broth add the rice.

Cooking time rice 30 - 35 minutes.

While cooking the rice, cut the onion into quarter-rings, carrot grate on a fine grater.

Smoked (bacon and neck) cut into cubes

Onions and carrots lightly fry.

Add sausage, fry for a few minutes, remove from heat.

Pickles and olives cut into rings

In a pot with broth and rice fill the vegetables with smoked meats, gherkins and olives. Boil five minutes, turn it off.
