I don't like jam, in which a lot of syrup, but here it turns out very tasty plum - sweet and pleasant.

Cooking
The sink to wash. This jam is best to take not too soft plum.
In a pan add sugar and pour water.
Bring the syrup to a boil and boil it for 5-7 minutes.
Put in boiling syrup plums and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then remove the pan from heat and allow plums to stand 10-12 hours.
Then again put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil, again boil over low heat for 5 minutes and allow the jam to cool completely.
The third time again to bring back to the boil, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour jam into clean, dry jars and cover hermetically. Out of this number of products I get 2 jars of 0.5 l and 0.5 l of syrup. Syrup I don't roll, we would then be diluted with water and drunk as a juice.
