I have long thought, what would this time to make our dear chefs... And today decided to share a recipe for a gentle airy omelets with cheese "coat". Delicious, beautiful and very simple dish of French cuisine.

Cooking
Grate cheese, add black pepper, turmeric, pepper chilli, herbs and salt.
Thoroughly mix all and pushed aside. This is our "coat" :).
In a separate Cup split a couple of fresh eggs, pour milk, add fresh herbs, spices, salt, fresh pepper and tomato.
My tomatoes were not available, so I had to replace it with tomato paste, but still better to use fresh tomatoes. Can also add chopped sausage if you eat meat.
Now all mix well and pour this thing into the pan.
Now a bit of magic. Our sprinkle grated cheese on top of that "Kesey MESI"
And cover. Put the flame on a little less than average and do not open the cover until fully cooked omelet. It will take about ten minutes.
