Very often, when I cook chicken or chicken breast, skin. That really irritates my family, chicken skin, only not like me, but husband loves chicken skin. Salvation came from my friend who lives in Montenegro, with her recipe shared neighbor. All lovers of chicken skin dedicated!

Cooking
For this dish I took a pic of Mistral Kuban. Rice boiled until soft.
Along with the meat flowing through a meat grinder carrots and onions cut finely and added to stuffing. Then put rice, salt and pepper to taste.

It must be defrosted and cut all unnecessary.
In a baking pan pour oil and add rosemary.
Add wine and broth. Put in oven, covered with foil. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and pour the liquid from the mold. Leave still for 20 minutes, during this time, pour the cornets again.
Large mushrooms cut and fry. Add wine and evaporate it.
Put salt, pepper and cream. Stir and keep on heat until the cream thickens. Now, you can apply. Bon appetit!
