The seaweed salad with red fish
A tasty salad. Lovers of seaweed.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    400 g

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

If you take a dry sea cabbage, then soak it for hours in water, rinse and cook until tender (I boil for 40 minutes).

Boiled cabbage again thoroughly washed.

Chop the onion and garlic, fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil (oil take more, they'll top the salad).

Add fried onions and garlic (the oil to drain into a separate bowl) to the seaweed.

Add grated on a medium grater carrots,

cut into small pieces of salmon. Refillable with refill,if required,podsalvage to taste,mix. Dressing: vegetable oil (we left after frying onions and garlic) add the soy sauce, spicy vinegar, red pepper, all carefully stir.
