Grozdanka Siberian goose with homemade
In my early childhood gruzdenko cooked by my grandmother. I live in Siberia and this dish is not uncommon. Due to climatic conditions, the Siberians have a reputation for a harsh people. I suggest You try to cook this soup, and perhaps You will understand more about the Siberian character!

Ingredients

  • Goose

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    60 g

  • Greens

    30 g

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Black pepper

    2 g

  • Sauerkraut

    250 g

Of these products will boil the soup.

Cook the goose for about 2 hours. I cooked in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Cabbage fry with onions.

When the goose is cooked, spread it out of the pan. In the broth add cabbage and cook for 10 minutes. Then add sliced mushrooms and potatoes. Cook for another 15 - 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, put pepper and Bay leaf. Try, salt. The soup is quite acidic, so "flatten" the taste by adding sugar.

In a bowl put the sliced goose, pour soup. Top - spoon of sour cream and sprinkle with greens. WELCOME TO OUR TABLE!!!
