Oil for gourmets
What could be more delicious than good bread or fresh toast with butter? And if you add in the oil, some fresh vegetables and herbs: pepper, dill and parsley, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, you get a real delicacy.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    600 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Separate the butter into 3 portions and warm to room temperature so that it can be easily mashed with a fork.

Make a first filling of oil. Finely chop red pepper, red bell pepper (1/4 part), parsley, green onions, zest. Mix everything.

Added to the first portion of oil, all mix well.

Filling two: mix the finely chopped spicy green pepper, cumin, and capers (can be cut in half).

Add second portion of butter. All mix well.

Filling three: mix finely chopped red bell pepper (1/4 part), finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, dill, parsley, garlic.

Add third portion of butter. All mix well.

Of oil make sausage. Wrap each type of oil in parchment, then in foil and refrigerate.

Stored oil is 2 weeks in refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer. Got the butter, cut with a hot knife and a piece of bread! Just delicious! Bon appetit!
