Pie with apples, cranberries and nuts
Delicious, airy and flavorful pie! In my collection they are not enough, but this definitely takes the place of a favorite! We loved it, and you try!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Corn starch

    150 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    170 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    80 g

  • Hazelnuts

    80 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

Cooking

Sift together the starch, flour and baking powder. Cranberries soaked in rum.

Beat the eggs until the volume increases three times and still whisking gradually add the sugar and vanilla. Whisk to fully dissolve the sugar.

Transfer the mixer to medium speed and still whisking to enter a thin stream of oil.

Add cranberries, half the nuts and stir with a spatula.

Twice, add milk and flour stir with a spatula.

It turns out thick dough.

Place the dough in the form of 23 cm in diameter, the bottom of which lay a baking paper. A little push into it, peeled and sliced into slices the apples, garnish with cranberries and sprinkle with lemon zest and remaining nuts.

Bake in preheated to 180"With the oven for 60-70 minutes. Be guided by your oven! Ready pie to cool in the form and carefully trim the sides to release it.
