Cooking
Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar (original - brown sugar, I have the usual) and cream, stir to combine and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly thick.
Bananas peel and cut into slices diagonally with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
The sauce pour into a form, from above to lay bananas across the surface.
Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar for 1-2 minutes.
Add the melted butter and little by little the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Pour on top of bananas and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C, then reduce to 150 C and cover with foil to cooked until tender for 10-15 minutes.
Check for readiness with a toothpick and roll in the dish. On top I sprinkled with grated chocolate. Bon appetit!!!
