Bagels with poppy seeds on yogurt
Want to offer a quick and easy recipe of bagels with poppy seeds. Very tender, moderately sweet. Lush tasty bagels, they can be cooked "empty", that is, without toppings.

Ingredients

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Ready stuffing

    130 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 tsp

Cooking

In margarine (butter), add sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with salt, baking powder, and proseat in a bowl with butter.

Stir and fork (I have a cutter) or hands to turn into crumbs. The dough will be crumbly. Add the yoghurt.

Knead soft, dont stick to hands dough to give a little rest. Vintage divide the dough into two parts.

Roll out the dough into a circle on a well-covered with flour Board and cut into slices (I cut into cake form).

On the edge put the stuffing.

The edges of the dough wrapped in the middle (in order to avoid leakage of the filling) and twist the dough until the end.

Billet bagels put on a baking tray, covered with baking paper.

Beat egg with cream.

Bagels lubricate with a mixture of eggs and cream. I smeared two-three times. Bake in preheated oven to 180C for 15-17 minutes, watch your oven.

Cool on a wire rack.

Optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
