Here are the delicious tomatoes I rolled today for the winter. Try it and You!!!

My green tomatoes...
Every tomatoes cut laterally into 4 parts, but not broken. In the peduncle do the groove with a toothpick and stick a sprig of celery...
The incisions and put in first a thin slice of garlic in the other-carrots, third-pepper, in the fourth-a sprig or parsley root.
Get these funny tomatoes...
Put them in jars. Prescription no spices is not necessary, but I added a couple of peas black pepper, Bay leaf and 2 cloves.
Fill fill the banks and send it to sterilize for 20-30 minutes. I did not fill a lot of otherwise-in water dissolved only sugar and salt, and vinegar (I picked one quart jar 1 tsp of vinegar)poured before rolling.
Then the banks take out-roll.
Turn over and wrap it up to cool down!!! Try tomatoes make a very tasty...
