Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into small pieces. This is very important. If you scroll through a meat grinder or in a food processor, then taste will be different.

Sprinkle a little lemon.

Grate cheese on a grater.

Beat eggs with a whisk.

Add cheese, eggs, parsley, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper to the fish and mix well.

Put in refrigerator for an hour to fish soaked.

Then lepim patties and put on hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
