Everyone knows that liver is a useful product. And yet - tasty... so I try different ways to cook it. This time I got the menu was a terrine of beef liver. As a side dish to it are good vegetables, but the mashed potatoes were also good.

Cooking
Liver clear from the films and the flow and pour the milk for about 30 minutes.
