Delicious, easy soup.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn grits

    50 g

Cook the polenta as indicated on the package.

Pour into a bowl. When the polenta has cooled, cut the mold out any figures.

Tomatoes cut into crosswise, dipped in boiling water for 1 minute, then into cold water. Onions, garlic finely chop, fry in olive oil. Put in a saucepan the chopped tomatoes, rice, fried onions with garlic, add broth or water, cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Decorate as desired.
