Vegetable soup without roasting
Tasty and healthy dish, which is sauteed vegetables. Vegetables you can use both fresh and frozen. I, for example, carrots, sweet pepper and greens were frozen.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Vinegar

Peeled potatoes cut into strips.

Into boiling water put potatoes. Bring to boil and put the cabbage. Cook in boiling water about 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion.

Carrots to grate on cucumbers, beets cut into thin strips.

Carrots, onions and beets into a saucepan. And cook for another 15 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into strips.

In a saucepan pour the vinegar, season with salt and pepper and place the herbs with the garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the dish for 20-30 minutes.
