Tasty, fast, juicy and tender - that's what you can say about this appetizer souffle.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Milk

    80 ml

In salted water cook broccoli until tender (10 minutes for frozen). While the broccoli is cooking, separate the yolk from the protein (egg whites whipped to hard foam). Prepare sauce: melt butter in a frying pan, fry in it the flour, add milk and cook until thick about 5 minutes. Well, as we all did, the broccoli is cooked. Mix broccoli with egg yolk using a blender.

Cheese RUB on a small grater and add to the broccoli puree (reserve 2 tbsp for topping), pepper. Stir add sauce. Again all mix well and carefully enter whipped protein.

Spread our weight over the cups, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Take out from the oven, let cool slightly and remove from molds.
