Meringue
All of us favorite MERINGUE. I propose a fairly simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Proteins separated from the yolks and combine with sugar. Begin whisking. Whites should be chilled.

Whisk whites until thick (peaks).

Mass we shift into a pastry bag, on a tray put parchment and start to squeeze the meringue.

Put in the oven for 70 minutes, temperature 140 degrees.

Take out the meringue and let cool slightly.
