Two options for preserving berries for compote or fruit drink, or just for eating. Now I freeze cranberries. And in summer, the season of berries, you can freeze any berries.

Cooking
Cranberries wash.
To dry out and split in half.
Half of the cranberries, cover with sugar, add the vanilla sugar and simmer until the berries will not give juice.
Leaves of currant and mint wash and dry.
To package for freezing, put the second half of cranberry, leaves of currant, mint.
Bandage package and put them in the freezer. In the winter, when you want morsica, just go into the bag, put its contents in a pan, add water, sugar and cook delicious, healthy drink. Tart, faintly wrinkled, with spicy notes of black currant!
When the second part will give cranberry juice, mix all and put in a container. And put into the freezer.
Get winter container. If you want to cook the juice, add the contents of the container into the pot, fill with water and boil. And you can slightly thaw the container and eat the contents. The taste is somewhat reminiscent of a smoothie. Great berry taste with a slight hint of vanilla.
