Salad with rice
This salad really caught on in our family as a wonderful appetizer, side dish to meat. It can also be cooked with beans.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cut the tomatoes into slices, pepper strips, onion - half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Vegetables folded into a container for fire, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and simmer with the moment of boiling for 30 minutes.
