This salad really caught on in our family as a wonderful appetizer, side dish to meat. It can also be cooked with beans.

Cooking
Cut the tomatoes into slices, pepper strips, onion - half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Vegetables folded into a container for fire, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and simmer with the moment of boiling for 30 minutes.
Then add the vegetables previously boiled rice and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Spread on hot banks, roll up, to wrap up.
