Salad for the winter. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 kg

  • Pepper

    2 kg

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    300 g

  • Parsley

    300 g

  • Water

    6 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 l

to prepare the brine: 6 cups water, 1 tbsp sugar, 2st.l. essence, 1/2 Cup salt, 0.5 l Rast. oil, 1 hot pepper.

sliced eggplant and bell pepper to boil in brine separately from each other, first the peppers, then the eggplant for 5 - 7 minutes.
step-2
put in sterilized jars, sprinkling the layers of the onion, garlic and parsley. Pour the remaining brine, sterilize for 30 minutes.
