Shrimp Alfredo with tagliatelle
Meals "a La Alfredo" — one of my favorite Italian dishes. The chicken Alfredo, that shrimp Alfredo is equally delicious. Alfredo sauce is one of the fastest and easy to prepare, the dish is prepared in minutes. You can add or change the recipe according to your taste. I like it with plenty of garlic and grated Parmesan. Delicious served with garlic bread.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

Shrimp clear from the shell. Cook tagliatelle according to instructions on the package. In a Cup mix the cornstarch and milk and set aside. Dissolve in a pan the butter, add the olive oil. Throw chopped onion and garlic and fry until soft.

the pan, throw shrimp. Stir. Then pour the shaken milk with the starch and stirring constantly, simmer until it thickens. It is about 2 minutes. Add salt, dry Basil and pepper

Put the tagliatelle into the sauce with the shrimp, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
