Napoleon in a pot
When I get girlfriend, I cook fish "Napoleon" ( tasty, juicy fish "cake"). But since in my family the fish is not particularly love, I decided to indulge in your favorite. A cake does not overpower me, so I made this dish in a pot - hence the name. The site has a similar recipe, but mine is different.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Prunes

    1 handful

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

In a pot put a layer of carrots

A layer of prunes (you can cut into pieces)

Layer of fish, cut in pieces (fish salt)

Do fill. For this whisk with a fork 1 egg and 1/3 sachet of cream. Salt.

Fill our "napoleonchik" and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes (until tender)
