Chicken Alfredo
Something recent laziness really got me. Do not want to cook anything complicated. Here is another dish from the "fast, easy, delicious." Recipe from Gordon Ramsay's ~ Hell's kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Pasta

    225 g

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parmesan

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Basil

    6 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Breast (please note that not 1 fillet and 1 breast, 2 filet) to boil in 1 liter of water.

While the meat is cooking, prepare other products.

Pepper cut into strips. Crush the garlic.

Grate cheese on a medium grater. The meat is ready remove from broth and cover with foil. To cast 1/2 cups of broth.

Pasta is cooked in the remaining chicken broth. Drain in a colander.

Go to the Alfredo sauce. Pepper fry in oil about 6 minutes, set aside.

Heat 3 tbsp oil and 1/2 Cup of chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Hold until, until the butter melts.

Then add the chopped garlic, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.

Then slowly, piece by piece, add cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time, until the cheese is melted.

Add the meat, divided into pieces.

Then bell pepper. Keep on heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
