Soup-puree
Tender, wholesome, delicious soup. If you do not add cream to the soup and do not cook the onions, it becomes more and diet.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Pumpkin

  • Onion

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Parsley

Cooking

In boiling water (2.5 liters), add the sliced potatoes.

Add to soup celery, pumpkin and cauliflower, disassembled into florets. Salt, pepper - to taste.

While the vegetables cook, finely chopped onion, fry in vegetable oil (preferably olive).

Celery stalks with leaves cut in any way and put in the soup when all the vegetables are ready.

Cook for 5 minutes, and then Porirua blender.

Pour in the heated cream soup, do not boil.

Add fried onions. If you want diet soup, the last two steps are skipped, and onions can be put in the form of cheese along with pumpkin, celery and cauliflower.
