Description
There is nothing better than a brownie to satisfy the need for chocolate. This low-fat brownie has a wonderfully moist texture and a deep chocolate flavour. The chocolate is replaced by cocoa powder, and sour cream for natural yoghurt. The recipe is taken from some American magazine. The title I did not change, so I hope the questions about it should arise.

Cooking
Mix with a mixer the sugar with the butter. Add the eggs and vanilla. All carefully to mix.
Mix flour with soda and cocoa powder. Add flour mixture to eggs and butter. Mix well.
Add the yogurt and all mix well. Pour the batter into a baking pan measuring about 30 by 30 cm Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. do Not exceed baking time! Otherwise the brownie will be too dry.
To cool, place in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Cut into squares and serve.
The author of the recipe claims that the finished brownies can be stored in the fridge for 2 months... I don't think they'll sit so long))) Although you can experiment))) Cakes turn out very tasty and tender - they have stood not more than a day)))
